Day1 Depart from Chandigarh and travel to Manali

On the first day of your Manali tour from Chandigarh, you will depart from Chandigarh and travel to Manali. The distance between the two cities is approximately 300km, and the journey takes around 8-10 hours, depending on the mode of transportation you choose.

Once you reach Manali, you will check in to the hotel and rest for the remainder of the day. Depending on the time of your arrival, you may have time to explore the local area and get your bearings before retiring for the evening.

Day2 Manali Local Sightseeing

On the second day of your Manali tour, you will visit some of the most famous temples and monasteries in the area. The Hadimba Temple, also known as the Dhungiri Temple, is a wooden temple dedicated to the goddess Hadimba, who is said to be the sister of the demon king Hidimba. The temple is located in the middle of a forest and is known for its intricate carvings and architecture.

Next, you would visit the Vashisht Temple, which is located in the Vashisht village, around 3km from Manali. The temple is dedicated to the sage Vashisht, one of the seven sages of Hinduism. It is also known for its hot water springs, which are believed to have therapeutic properties.

The Manu Temple is located in Old Manali and is dedicated to the sage Manu, who is said to have been the first man and the creator of mankind according to Hindu mythology. The temple is believed to be one of the only temples of Manu in the world.

Day3 Manali-Solang Valley and Rohtang Pass

Depending on the tour package, the travel back to Chandigarh can be arranged by bus or car. The travel time is around 10-11 hours, depending on the traffic and route taken.
