Can I change my booking date?

Yes. You can change the date free of charge up to 2 days before travel. After that, charges apply as per our cancellation policy.

What if the car does not show up?

If the vehicle you booked does not show up, you get a full refund. If it is running late, call us and we will arrange help or an alternate vehicle.

Which cities do you operate from?

All over Himachal Pradesh, plus pickups from Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Chandigarh, Ambala, Ludhiana, Amritsar and Pathankot.

How is an outstation taxi fare calculated?

Outstation fares are based on a per-km rate with a minimum distance charged per day (usually 120 km). A day runs from midnight to midnight. Your quote shows the full breakdown.
